The TSP is a mentorship and peer network program for emerging presenters, agents, managers and other arts professionals that runs concurrently and in conjunction with the conference program.
Ottie Lockey
Ottie Lockey is an arts consultant and Executive Coach serving a select group of artists, arts managers, and arts organizations in Canada, Europe and the U.S. Through her work as an Executive Coach, Ottie has created a professional development tool (Continuous Professional Development) that helps arts administrators and creators focus on their long range priorities. In 2010/11 she developed a Peer Coaching CPD Workshop for PACT, and will continue to deliver that model to the PACT membership in 2011/12. As well she facilitated her Continuous Professional Development Workshop for the Arts Disciplines Division of the Canada Council at the beginning of September 2011.
